London Massage take great pride in providing esteemed Clients with the highest quality stress-relieving experience available anywhere. For your benefit, please read these Terms carefully. By booking a Massage, you fully understand, agree with and accept to abide by the Terms as stated below:
 
 
1. BE 18 OR OLDER

2. NO SOLICITING ALLOWED

3. GIVE THE EXACT FEE WHEN THE MASSEUSE ARRIVES

4. BE FREE FROM THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL AND DRUGS

5. YOU ARE BOOKING THE MASSAGE ONLY FOR YOURSELF (NOT FOR A FRIEND)

6. BE ALONE IN THE ROOM DURING THE MASSAGE

7. STAY PASSIVE - NO TOUCHING - DURING THE MASSAGE

8. RESPECT THE MASSEUSE BOUNDARIES AT ALL TIMES

9. BE 100% CLEAN. WASH ALL AREAS THOROUGHLY SHORTLY PRIOR TO THE MASSEUSE ARRIVAL

10. THE MASSAGE IS PERFORMED ON A MATTRESS - IF ON THE FLOOR, ONLY ON A PADDED, CUSHIONED SURFACE SUCH AS A MAT

11. SET THE ROOM TEMPERATURE WARMER FOR YOUR COMFORT

12. ALLOW THE MASSEUSE TO SHOWER BEFORE LEAVING AND PROVIDE A CLEAN TOWEL (PLEASE INFORM US AT THE TIME OF BOOKING IF ON-SITE SHOWERING FACILITIES ARE UNAVAILABLE)

13. CANCELLATIONS/POSTPONEMENTS WITHIN TWO HOURS OF YOUR CONFIRMED BOOKING TIME WILL INCUR A £100 FEE OR 25% OF THE CONFIRMED BOOKING PRICE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER (ADD £120 FOR AIRPORT BOOKINGS)

14. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN THE FIRST 10 MINUTES OF THE MASSEUSE ARRIVAL WILL INCUR A £100 FEE OR 25% OF THE CONFIRMED BOOKING PRICE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER (ADD £120 FOR AIRPORT BOOKINGS)

15. CANCELLATIONS PAST THE FIRST 10 MIN. AFTER THE MASSEUSE ARRIVAL WILL INCUR THE FULL MASSAGE FEE AGREED UPON AT THE TIME OF BOOKING CONFIRMATION.

Massage London operate a strict policy regarding Client misconduct. We request ALL CLIENTS, existing and new, to be fully aware of the importance of maintaining a PERFECT RECORD FOR BEHAVIOUR AND HYGIENE to benefit from continued access to our services, as advanced massages in the massage Collection are only available by invitation to select Clients with a perfect record.
 
Massage London unequivocally request ALL CLIENTS to abide to, and respect the boundaries set forth under Terms. Misbehaviour breaching these agreed Terms will result in an immediate and permanent ban from our services. The above Terms apply equally and unconditionally to ALL CLIENTS.
