Do provide an in-call facility?
NO. Our Masseuses come to you. At present, we only offer an outcall visiting service for hotels and select residential addresses.

Do accept Credit Cards?
NO. At present time, we only accept cash payments.

Do accept foreign currencies?
YES. We accept British Pound, US Dollar, and EURO. Please call for further details.

Do offer more than a massage?
NO. are not an escort service and do not offer sexual services of any kind. All massages are strictly massage-only for the purpose of relaxation. Please read carefully the Terms of Enjoyment to best enjoy a highly sophisticated experience designed to leave you utterly relaxed and satisfied.

Can the masseuse be touched and fondled?
NO. Just lie back, relax and let the masseuse do all the work. Every Massage in the Collection is designed for you to remain passive, receive and enjoy. Please respect her boundaries at all times as specified in Terms of Enjoyment.

Can a massage be extended?
YES. Please indicate so within the first 10 minutes of your masseuse arrival.

Can a massage be booked for a friend?
NO. Although you can only book a massage for yourself by calling our reservation line, we would be delighted to speak to your friend and book a massage for him or her.

Can a booking time be changed?
YES. Please notify us at least TWO HOURS prior to your booking time to avoid a rescheduling fee of £100.

Is cancellation possible after the masseuse arrival?
YES, within the first 10 minutes of the masseuse arrival. In the unlikely event of such a cancellation, please note a small fee of £100 or 25% of the confirmed booking price, whichever is greater, will apply (add £120 for airport bookings).
